Looks like this is my 3 year mark. I think I've said all I've had to say over those 3 years and probably more than I should have too.

I'm going to quit living in the past and embrace the future and make the most of the now. There are some obstacles to overcome but manageable, I reckon.

I have promised myself to delete the debt, guilt, negative shit and fags. The booze has been cut down and I'm back on the bike. Did some planking (not the comedy variety) tonight which is harder than it sounds. Gonna get back Spinning and sort out some live musical performances be they DJ or my own tunes.

Enough procrastination.
