Champions!

I went along to a pub quiz at Bistrol 176 in Georgetown with some friends from the office, and I helped our team of under-dogs win the quiz. It was a tight contest where we were trailing by quite a long way, but we played our joker round for double points better than some teams which pushed us into contention. After the final round we were in a tie for the victory.

The tie break question was regarding a ladies football team who had just lost 43-0. The crazy thing was we had been talking about that at the very start of the quiz. I think it was meant to be.

So here we are celebrating with (l to r) Geoff, Lois, Me, Noemi, Adrian and Jessica, with Sarah doing the honours with the camera.

We now have a cup with big ears to go with the other ones we won in previous years which are on display in our office.
