Spring

Enough of all this greyness! It rained heavily last night (a wet cat crept onto the bed in the middle of the night), and this morning much of the cloud was gone. The rain has brought out shoots on branches that were bare just a couple of days ago. These delicate little leaves are so evocative of new life that I couldn't resist blipping them. I have no idea what kind of tree it is. The vines are still bare, but I'm sure it won't be long before they come to life.
