Old and new

Mum and Dad came for Easter today - somehow it takes this sort of thing to get the family altogether in the same room in the afternoon chatting together.  They were very proud of James getting an offer for Hills Road - as are we.

These is my mum (Nanny's) bracelets that she wears all the time.  The solid gold one is 25 years old and was bought with the insurance money from a burglary when she lost all her jewellery and decided to get just one thing to wear all the time.  

She cannot remember where the heart locket is from - we think it is something of her mother's.

And the colourful dice bracelet, well that was won at the Cromer "penny slots" by Ben & she has more complimentary comments on that one than anything else.....
