A work of art!

This morning we had a walk along the coast to Brighton Marina, and came across some sculptors busy at work creating sand sculptures. They really are incredible works of art and it was hard to choose which to blip, but I like the concentration on this girl's face. She had a piece of artwork in her hand which she was following closely - I'd love to be able to go back to see the end result.

Once at the Marina we stopped for a coffee and a hot chocolate to warm up. Although we woke up to lovely clear blue skies, it didn't last for long and soon clouded over and started to snow!

We're back at the hotel where Louis is fast asleep after his long walk so we're going to leave him in the room while we go and visit the Brighton Pavilion. Then tonight we're going to Jamie's Italian for dinner :-)
