This is the balcony of the flat where Norman Tebbit and Iain Duncan Smith live happily together.

This the very bike that the ever compassionate Norman suggested we all get on to find work in the 80's.

Now it's Iain's turn to help the less fortunate by taking away money, bedrooms, dignity and hope, but being the regular guy that he is and being a man of his word I'm sure he can live on £53 a week
