Willow the Dragon

A friend on this morning's walk told me that she'd been helping make willow sculptures at Abergavenny Castle, so I popped along to have a look. You can make out a giant dragon at the back, whose tail the two people are working on. The workmanship is amazing, and puts our willow tunnel in the Linda Vista Gardens to shame (badly in need of a haircut here)! The only thing is that the moles are attacking - you can see the hills getting closer in the foreground. Are moles and dragons ancient antagonists?
