35k banked

After work I hit the road for this fast 35k and it went exactly to plan. I averaged 7:25 pace and refueled efficiently, no stomach upsets, no pains just some sunshine, freezing temps of -10 and a lot of head wind. This shot is of the Bow Valley on my way to Canmore and back. I actually ran to Harvey Heights and back, but 22 miles and felt like I had a lot left to give. Training's paying off.
London marathon today and I ran most of the distance today after a whole day at work! Very happy with that. Really enjoyed it. Now to relax with Game of Thrones.
