See us!

We're absolutely delighted to be blipping a photo of a page from Blipfoto's own book, just published as part of the 'See Us' project.

The WhysMan blip journal was fortunate to be one of those included in the book and on p83 there they are... some of the youngsters who took part.

As well as photos from the journals, a 'hero' shot also taken for each one and ours features youngsters themselves - from nursery to S6 - who participated. I can now reveal that photo, taken by John James, was the reason we had our wee get-together at George Wyllie's 'Monument to Maternity' in Glasgow in February.

Well done everyone! Great representatives for all the schools which took part.

Copies of the book are available from Creative Scotland. An exhibition of 'See Us' photos is also open at the Creative Scotland Exhibition Space in Waterloo Place, Edinburgh and it is coming to Street Level in Glasgow in June.
