Me, working!

Today I went to a workshop called "Embroider Your Garden". In my case an attempt at a vegetable! One of the other participants kindly offered to photograph me, so here I am, courtesy of Kate. I learnt how to do machine embellishing (for which, unfortunately you need a special machine) and machine embroidery, which you can do on any sewing machine. Not particularly well, in my case, but hey, I'm a learner!

Tonight OB and I are off to a dance! That's going to be amusing - OB said he was awake in the night trying to remember the steps of the various ballroom dances. He can at least remember the waltz. This is good, because I'm rubbish at that. Cha-cha, salsa are more my forte.
