Kirkjufell

Thanks to D, I have a new favourite mountain! (Sorry, Buachaille Etive Mor, I still love you - but you're only the proper shape for a mountain from one angle!)

D's favourite mountain did indeed prove to be rather gorgeous, though she was shy and hid from him in the morning - so no sunrise photos :/ Maybe if I'm lucky I'll come back and see her again.

A long road trip to Akureyri - the scenery along the way was something to see - very much like Scotland in some respects. I'm kicking myself that I didn't grab a shot of the lenticular clouds that we spotted on the way.
