The Royal Mile

What a day! Had worrying news from home yesterday which meant I didn't sleep well at all last night. My Dad is in hospital with a broken ankle but he had surgery today so that is a relief. I hate being so far away from home and will visit once I get back this weekend. It's been a bit a long, but productive day. Felt good to go for a long walk and spend some time alone this evening.
