A day's work

I've started to make sourdough bread with more or less success recently. It is a rather long process, feeding the starter and then maintaining it but the result so far always seems to have plenty of air bubbles and it rises quite well once in the oven. This loaf will be taken to the test tonight in cheese fondue.
I've not been Blipping recently. Life is driving in the fast lane just now and when I have a moment I sit down with a book rather than staring at a screen. Also, my faithful lumix broke its screen (looks like it dropped once too many a time) and repairs would cost half a new camera. Will ponder on that.
I've got lots of blips to backblip and may just fill the gaps.
