Lickey Woods in mid-spring

I remembered just in time that I hadn't yet posted an April blip in my regular series of this view in Lickey Woods.

It is looking more springlike in the pleasant sunshine than it did it March, but the trees are still surprisingly bare for the time of year.

The previous blips in the series were: March, February, January, December, November, October, September and August.
