St George's, Bristol
Another one on the way into work, and another landmark that I mentioned in a blip last week: St George's was built as a church in the 1820s, but was converted to a concert hall about 15 years ago.
As soon as I got here a rain shower opened up and I didn't have a raincoat so I sheltered by the big columns until it passed. After the chaos of the last several weeks/months, it felt strangely good to be trapped by weather, to be doing nothing other than waiting for the rain to pass.
Gimme, gimme shelter...
