Edinburgh - Kyoto Friendship Garden

How appropriate that I should meet a friend here today. Neither of us knew the other would be there. But as I strolled through the garden, I was thinking of her. All of a sudden I saw her walking towards me across the grass.

One of the more surreal things which has happened today. There was lots more, but it can wait for another day.

If you've never been here, it can be found in the grounds of Lauriston Castle. A peaceful and contemplative place (if you ignore the fact that it's under the final approach to Edinburgh Airport).
