Not as good as one of mum's

My camera phone photography skills aren't a patch on mum's proper camera achievements over the last year, but we wanted to put a brief update on Blip for all her valued friends here. The above is an example of the chaos which ensues when she's not here to keep an eye on us, and is the result of my boyfriend's literal interpretation of popping a slightly underdone egg in the microwave for 30 seconds. Clearly it wasn't evident that it should be taken out the shell first!

Sadly as many of you will know by now she had a stroke on Thursday morning and is currently in hospital in Wishaw. She remains seriously unwell, however she has enjoyed reading your messages as posted on her own page and also over on that of Clydeborn, and we are hoping she will be back blipping from the bed soon.

Thank you to everyone who has sent cards and flowers, they have helped raise her spirits greatly. We will be checking her blip from time to time, and will update when we have some news.
