Visitors

Our friends (and ex-manager) John and Jennie came for lunch today. I did stuffed peppers with roast new potatoes and asparagus whilst Ann prepared stuffed salmon wraps (and pudding); the whole washed down with a nice bottle of red.

After lunch we went for a walk by the river as the sun had decided to make an appearance. The picture shows the marquee that has been erected for the comedy festival starting in a couple of days, with some river activity in the foreground. I always thought the guy on the bicycle carried a loud hailer!

Back home I showed them some of my Japan snaps, I must get the rest of them processed before I'm off there again ;-)
