Jumbles

Saturday afternoon at the bowling club means Jumbles. Whoever turns up pulls a tab out of a bag with a rink number, colour (either black or red) and a position of play; either lead, second or skip. That puts us into two teams per rink and we play six ends, before repeating the process. We then break for tea and biscuits before one further game. The winning person having scored the highest number of shots over three games wins a bag of sweets. This happened after an hour and a half of coaching. We had 14 learners and then at the jumbles 34 members. The sun was a lovely treat and it was warm and lovely.
