BMW-Vierzylinder

Beautiful weather. Beautiful people. Beautiful day.

Today's blip is the BMW Headquarters, commonly known as Vierzylinder ("four-cylinder"). If automobiles are a religion, this is one of it's most important cathedrals. The high-rise in the background - the actual BMW headquarters - is 100 metres high and was completed in 1972, just in time for the Olympic Summer Games, which took place literally right across the street. The lower structure to the right is the BMW Museum, a shrine only dedicaded to worshipping the car brand with the white and blue diamonds. I personally think their cars are really good and beautiful, although I myself prefer (and own an) AUDI.
