War Memorial c1921 in our town

It has been a long day preparing for an event/presentation tomorrow. We went out for a walk this evening looking for possible blips.

This photo is of a war memorial in our town. It is surrounded by traffic and a very busy roundabout. However, I do see folks from time to time pausing and sitting on the bench near it for some reflection and remembrance.
