This is Joe!

This is my neighbor's youngest child Joseph. He is 2 and has three sisters ranging in age from 19 to 14. He is very special and they treat him so. Today I went to get the mail and he followed me back up the driveway, so I decided to use him for my blip. He's a happy, sweet, energetic little boy! Love his blonde curls and blue eyes.
