Castlefield Viaduct

Another enjoyable day in Manchester ...

... we went to see the 'Free Your Mind ' show, at the new Factory International venue, this afternoon. Based around The Matrix, it was the main reason for our weekend visit - impossible to describe how good it was: a really quite extraordinary production.

And this morning, we visited Castlefield Viaduct - a National Trust project with a 'Highline'-style planting of a disused railway viaduct (as pictured) ... all had a truly remarkable feel, and atmosphere, along its whole length :-)

A super day.
