Oh no, Not Again..........

...............the image I was going to use was of a rather lovely Pink Rose growing in my neighbours garden - whilst it was loading, I thought I would look to see what Daughter Anni had posted - it was a lovely Pink Rose!! Quickly cancelled and instead you have a lovely Yellow Rose!! (plus a few rain drops!) As it happened, I had taken pictures of Red, Pink and Yellow ones so it wasn't a problem!

We have the re-opening of the Co-op supermarket today after what I am told is a million pound make-over! As soon as I have finished this, I shall go and have a nosey! It had better be good if that is really what has been spent - it is a good store for a village and we get people from the nearby market town actually coming to the village to shop which I find very gratifying - and we do have some excellent private shops - one a baker/butchers and another baker who was established in another village for over 100 years and opened a branch here about 4 years ago. We also have a Prize winning fish and chip shop/ restaurant which is very useful on occasions - I admit to buying more F & C since I moved here than I ever have done before! (Haven't put on weight though so I can't be having them too often!)

A nicer day today - quite sunny though plenty of clouds too - and reading about 62 deg. F. We still need rain though, believe it or not!
