In the vicar's garden, after cake
We visited the Abbot's garden behind At Mary Priory Church in Abergavenny this afternoon, in hot sunshine, and learned that there never was an abbot - it was a priory with about 16 monks and only a prior. We learned how the Tudors watered their flowers. And we ate cake. And there was this very attractive hypericum, so I blipped it.
Cathaber has blipped the garden, complete with Knight of the Realm (back view), here.
