She reminds me so much of Audrey

Audrey is the plant in 'The Little Shop of Horrors'.

Maybe that's because I spent the morning unwillingly in a shopping mall.

There are two things I learned about retail since I last did this sort of thing:

1. Stores are no longer 'laid out' or have 'signing systems', they are now 'dispersed'. This seemingly encourages the shopper to 'forage' for their clothes, giving them a sense of 'reward' if they ever find the thing they are looking for.

2. Shops selling beauty products tend not to sell nail varnish anymore. Not even the clear stuff. Instead you are supposed to go to a nail bar and pay through the nose for fake nails!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhh!
