Chessboard drops
The weather here isn't brilliant today, and I can't go out anyway, so I thought I would do an indoor blip.
This is drops of glycerine (rather than water because it holds its shape longer) on clear glass suspended over a chessboard onto which I shone some LED lights. I ended up with just 6 drops because when I had more they were difficult to focus as they started to spread out intermittently (not all at the same time).
In the past I have blipped drops of oil on glass with something colourful underneath , but I think I like this better.
