The Trip that Wasn't...

Ironically, I was telling daughter that if her boyfriend wanted a hand with using his cars inflation kit, I'd be interested as I'd never used one.

Cut to our intended journey to Alloa and we go over a massive pothole and the tyre just went flat instantly.

Called the AA but attempted to use the inflation kit.  It wasn't until I'd started the air compressor when I found the gash in the side wall that I could put three fingers through.

Just had to wait for the truck who very kindly dropped the car off at Kwik fit and dropped us within walking distance of the house.
