A stunning sunrise …..

….. ….. ….. this morning, with salmon coloured lenticular clouds over the Remarkable Mountains. There was amazing colour all over the sky - more in Extras.

We had a wonderful yoga session this morning, with all of us wanting to repeat our session. I often think that it would be helpful to practise yoga more often.

I’ve had a change of all tyres in my car today and noticed an improvement in road handling straightaway. I’ve got an SUV and the crossover tyres that have been fitted are ideal for it. The old ones simply weren’t safe for another winter’s use.
