Finished reading the biography of Amy Johnson last night, it made me quite emotional.

Some of the theories, both at the time and since, of how she died were up there on a par with Lozza Fox on Twitter! I know it was war time and everyone was massively on edge but even so. It must have been very upsetting for her family and some of the theories were just downright disrespectful. Maybe people just couldn't accept that she was human, made an error of judgement and died? She'd crashed and been in danger so many times before, maybe her 9 lives had finally run out on 5th January 1941 :'(

Really enjoyed the book though and I'm glad I read it. Going to read something light next and then find a book for LBB17, looking forward to it.
