Bottoms up

I went searching for insects in the garden today.   While we have only had a shower or two and I have seen the sun today, there was not an insect to be seen except for one hoverfly, these ordinary sort of flies and one leaf curl spider.  The insects have clearly had enough of the weather and departed or gone into deep dry places.

So here is a fly delving into a Brazilian button covered in pollen.  Not something I was aware they were interested in.

Thanks for hosting this month Incredibish.
