Haste

Up early, out in the sun with coffee and book and then...and then...it was time to get packed up and check out of the cottage.

Bus up to Ettrick Bay for another lunch at the tearooms, followed by a bit of beach time before getting back to Rothesay for the 3pm sailing back to the mainland. Train to Glasgow, train to Edinburgh and, after dropping off the necessary paperwork and stuff at the office, I was home with my family again by half seven.

A great few days away. I mentioned the other day how it was a work thing - the guy I was supporting had a lovely time which is the most important thing but I have to say I enjoyed myself too.
