Happy birthday!

It is Mr Mags' birthday today. Unfortunately I was in Warwick and instead of getting home at 8.15pm when there would still have been time for a nice meal the train was late!!! Mr Mags had been busy today making this mozzarella, Parma ham and basil brioche couronne. It tastes as good as it looks!
