One more for good measure

For lack of anything else today, you get another Santa Rita prickly pear cactus flower. Notice how the pads in back have a purple-ish hue. The more stressed it is, the more it changes color. It’s a native/local species named after our Santa Rita mountains.

I seem to have hit a plateau with the amount of energy and strength I’m experiencing. I hope I turn the corner soon because it’s getting frustrating and depressing. The nurse came to check on me and the PT did her assessment. Horror of horrors, they were here most of the afternoon causing me to miss the entire baseball game! At least the Diamondbacks won. :-)
