Combing

I met this Hawthorn Shieldbug while combing the bilberry patches for butterflies. 

And in the butterfly world, no Green Hairstreaks today, but quite a few Peacock and a smattering of Orange-tip, Speckled Wood, Green-veined White, Large White and Small Tortoiseshell. Also plenty of Silver-Y and Brown Silver-line moths, and a Green Carpet.
