The bakery County Hall

A long day and a day of seeing ALOT of people!

Our friend Ian popped over for breakfast, he had just landed at Heathrow after a business meeting in South Africa and came to visit before heading home to the Isle of Wight.

A lovely bike ride with April round Bushy Park and along the river. Met Nick Cotton from Eastenders walking his dog ;-) Decided to say I knew who he was and complimented him on his acting, he seemed genuinely pleased which was nice.

Up to London, quick hug and chat with Sally Freeman on her way to a meeting then lunch at Cafe Boheme with Jase and Johnny visiting from Melbourne, flying home tonight, lovely to hear all their news and about all the places they've visited over here including Chatham Docks which sounds great and Durdle Door in Dorset which I would love to visit.

Then a 3 hour meeting with Clifford in Charlotte Street choosing songs for a new project.

Then over to the South Bank to catch up with my Brother Tom at The Bakery where I took this photo, he is still suffering the after effects of Leukaemia 6 years on and is so brave and has so much to deal with, humbling to spend time with him, we had a lovely dinner together at a nearby Italian BB Pasta Bar, it was really nice, they make their own pasta!
