Uplifting

T finished lifting up the old stair carpet (and yes we have saved a bit for you HazelH :-) )  in preparation for our new carpet being fitted on Thursday. 

In doing so he found a label attached which showed it had been fitted in July 1973 - I wonder if the new one will last as long ! 

Uplifting also revealed traces of previous carpets including a very narrow one at one stage. 

I am pleased to report that I practiced some yoga at home todya (yey me !)
