Biltong and Dried Wors

.... do I have to translate this for my dear international friends? I almost think everybody in the world are familiar with 'biltong and dry wors', which is a very traditional South African delicatessen. Prime cuts of beef, in this case, are marinated to perfection and hung out to dry, to make this divine snack called biltong, and wors/sausage, made to a very special recipe, is also hung out to dry and that's called dry wors or dry sausage if you want!

The past few days I just had to bore you with inside images, I was a wee bit down with the flu, you may peep backwards if you are interested! '-)
