"Fraunk"

Here he is again in the very early morning light as I went out for a kayak. These birds were almost hunted to extinction at one point so that women could adorn their hats with the feathers. Now THAT is a fashion faux pas!! Also watched from midway down the lake as the eagle took a dozen swoops at some goslings that were fair sized but still with their parents. He went on to hassle the herons about the fish they were catching and then went to sulk in a tree. Never a dull moment...
