From that to this. Phew, the guest bathroom is now complete.

And it did not end there - I wondered why the oil was falling quite quickly, as we have not been using that much fuel. Hmm, not happy to see a small brown patch in the middle of the patio = fuel line leaking ! Another repair job - some patio up - but all completed in less than 24 hours with little/no mess thanks to two very nice men.
