Nationaltheater München. It is home to the Bavarian State Opera and Bavarian State Ballet. Constructed in 1751-1753, this "Rococo gem" is located at Max-Joseph-Platz. The statue in the center of the square is also in honour of King Maximilian I Joseph of Bavaria.

In case you are wondering, the columns of the National Theater aren't always that colourful. They are dressed up for the opera festival, which is taking place right now.
