There are still four!

Peafowl chick update ! In my last report on of the chicks progress one had gone missing after a close encounter with a dog and had been missing overnight feared lost! Untold to me it did indeed return to Mum and all four have grown away since I saw them last. There is a possibility that they are true Peafowl and that Graham is in the clear but the jury is still out. They look quite Peafowl like, the two yellow chicks are now almost white a sign of cross breeding we are told!
The rain did come around 2100hrs yesterday by which time we had combined the 40 plus acres that was ready to cut!
Today dawned wet and stayed so most of the morning and more down pours mid afternoon. A restart is probably two or more dry days away.
