Lobster

We got lobsters this afternoon at the BBS Lobster Co. at Bucks Harbor, just up the road. It was sunny when we arrived, but we had been dodging raindrops all afternoon. The lobster pound was a busy place with boats dropping off their live catch, fresh from the lobster traps. We watched the unloading process, boat to crate to truck in rapid order. It rained so hard that it looked like snow, but was over as soon as the black clouds passed. We took home ten soft shelled beauties , cooked them(the tough part) and enjoyed every bite. Then off to Rogue Bluff's at sunset for some fireworks and home to toast marshmallows. Tomorrow is the last full day for our company, I think we'll go back to Lubec.
