Forbidden Fruit
They may look like tomatoes, but these are actually fruit on our potato plants, so I won't be eating them as they are poisonous. They are both members of the Solanaceae family.
I understand from the internet* that it may be possible to allow them to ripen and plant them for next year, thereby reducing any blight infection, rather than replant tubers from the crop.
*NB The contributor is no relation - similar but not the same!
