Filterama Monday

This is week #3 of filter fun organised by Hobbs Run and Riversider.

I had more fun today by following these steps in Photoshop Elements
First, isolate the centre flower - Select tab – inverse
Filter
Blur
Radial Blur and clicked on Spin.

I have identified it as Phylica (Featherhead) of South African origin.
