WARNING: This blip will make you feel unhealthy

This is my (now) yearly cycling friend. He's an older Italian gentleman from about 60-70 miles away I think. It was his 76th birthday today.

He's not the fastest guy up, but he's certainly top 25% I'd say and puts most people to shame.

Let me say this again - he's 76 - and he's fitter than you.
