On our way to Poland

Too bad Swiss does not fly to Warsaw from Basel anymore. So we had to fly from Zurich which meant taking a bus to the tram then a train to the airport. It might sound like a long trip already, but we treasure the transportation system here at home. No stress. 99% everything runs on time. So in an hour we were at the airport waiting for our plane to arrive and take us to Poland.

2.5 hour flight.

At baggage pickup we saw Babcia waiting for hers. The girls ran immediately to her and gave her a HUGE hug! Was good to see her again!!!!

My cousin's husband was waiting for us patiently at the arrivals. 3.5 hour car ride later we reached our final destination!!!

I was impressed that parts of Poland are connected now with highways. Only partial, but still...HIGHWAYs! Something that should have been done a LONG time ago. So when I see partial highways I am stunned.
