Simple Addition!

Blackberries + Sugar + Vodka = Something tasty for Christmas!!

An industrious day, wading through the blackberries. Two jars of Blackberry Vodka now stashed away in a dark, cool place, and a yummy Apple and Blackberry Heaven Cake in the cake tin for the weekend.

An attempt at jam making was also made, but something went a bit wrong and instead I now have some very unusual blackberry 'boiled sweets', that is if I can get them unstuck from the tray!!

Never mind, there are still plenty more blackberries out there!
