first day of lectures

In very early this morning to get ready for my 9 o'clock lecture - biking in is such the best way to travel no traffic jams sitting inhaling car fumes plus think of all that exercise and I get to run the mountain bike course down the back of the golf course!

Lecture went well this year for the first time they are videoing luckily I get to review it before it goes live

Had a fairly productive day topped off by a brilliant meditation and discussion session tonight
