Not being blessed with great DIY skills, I'm reasonably pleased with this wooden raised bed I've made. Custom made, the wood from a timber yard, I've pegged each side together with dowels before screwing the sides into corner posts.

Over to Mrs miketoons now, the garden expert, to fill this box with interesting plants. The longer it remains empty, the more suspicious the neighbours will be about my motives.

Our minuscule garden used to be part of a dairy yard and is solid concrete (see lower left). The previous owners had a lawn on the right hand side growing in three inches of soil. Neighbours tell us it had be be watered daily.
